Coach Jordan Legath, who has proudly served the University of Delaware Men's Hockey program both as a player and coach for the past seven years has stepped down to further his professional career.

Coach Legath (Bethlehem, PA) started at the University of Delaware in 2006 as a defenseman from The Hill School (HS-PA) and rose throughout his collegaite playing career to lead the Blue Hens as Team Captain during the 2008-2009 season.  Coach Legath then took on the recruiting director and assistant coach with the team in January of 2010 and held these positions until his departure.

Assistant Coach Jesse McNulty commented, "This is a bittersweet moment - bitter in that we lose a major cog in the wheel of this program, and someone who has helped us raise this program to new heights, but sweet in that Coach is now able to further his profession with local-area youth which he is been equally passionate for years."

The UD Hockey program thanks Coach Legath for this seven great years of service and his assistance to bringing the program to the level that it is today, and we wish him all the best in his future.
